Each Standard Sizing Nikki Marie garment and/or accessory is handmade to order, so we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
We offer free returns on standard-size garments and accessories. You may return for a one-time even exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original form of payment for up to 14 days after delivery is received, unworn, and unharmed. Original Tags must be still attached.Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. This includes any stains, makeup, deodorant markings, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal hair, etc. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Nikki Marie reserves the right to decline a refund if items are damaged or held for longer than 14 days after delivery.
Just email us at [email protected] to request a return, and we will send you a label for your return package. Please track your return package as Nikki Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you wish to return an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value. Please contact [email protected] who will send you the pre-paid return label by email.
